Delivery and Returns

Delivery is free in Italy for purchases from the site of €99 or over.

International

Delivery is by europacco.com with insurance included. Price details are on the checkout page.

For any special requests and if your country is not listed, please write to us and we'll do everything possible to send your order!

To make a return/exchange request please send your order number, email and details to support@marikaguida.com.

Please note that for returns, shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once your return has been received, allow 3 days for processing and validation. Once validated by our team, you will receive your refund within the following 14 working days.

Please note that shipping costs will be free if you would like to request one exchange. Once your return has been received, allow 4 to 5 days for processing and validation. Once validated by our team, your exchange will be shipped as soon as possible to the address indicated in your email.

You can of course come to our store in Turin for an Exchange or Return.

Products must be returned in their original condition, new, unworn and undamaged suitable for resale.

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, no return may be subject to a refund or credit.

Damaged or incomplete clothing, products and/or accessories (missing label, soiled, with traces of foundation or smell, torn, holed, etc...) will not be refunded. Do not wear and return, it's obvious!

Once the return has been received and validated, reimbursement is made within 14 working days.

Any feedback made differently cannot be taken into account.
